This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for active recreation programs and packages purchased from Purifypurificati, operating at purifypurificati.world and located at 40/37-39 Albert Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004, Australia. This policy applies to all bookings including the Coastal Trail Explorer ($189 AUD), Urban Park Fitness Circuit ($129 AUD), Weekend Adventure Bundle ($349 AUD), and any other programs offered by Purifypurificati.

1. Overview

Active recreation programs involve scheduled outdoor sessions with limited capacity, qualified guide allocation, and equipment preparation. Because of these operational requirements, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail product returns. We are committed to fair and transparent cancellation terms that balance participant flexibility with the practical needs of delivering high-quality outdoor recreation experiences across Melbourne.

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via our contact form at purifypurificati.world or by contacting us directly. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Refund processing times and amounts depend on the timing of your cancellation relative to the scheduled program date, as detailed in the sections below.

2. Cancellation By Participant

2.1 More Than 14 Days Before Session

If you cancel your booking more than fourteen calendar days before the scheduled start date of your program, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, minus any non-refundable third-party processing fees incurred during the original transaction. Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to a different session date or program of equal or lesser value within twelve months of the original booking date at no additional charge.

2.2 7 to 14 Days Before Session

Cancellations made between seven and fourteen calendar days before the scheduled session date are eligible for a fifty percent refund of the booking amount, or a full credit toward a future Purifypurificati program valid for twelve months from the date of cancellation. Credits may be applied to any available program including bush trail expeditions, park fitness circuits, coastal kayak adventures, or weekend bundles.

2.3 Less Than 7 Days Before Session

Cancellations made less than seven calendar days before the scheduled session date are not eligible for a monetary refund. At our discretion, we may offer a credit of up to twenty-five percent of the booking amount toward a future program, subject to availability and valid for six months from the date of cancellation. This policy reflects the costs already incurred for guide scheduling, equipment preparation, and lost capacity that cannot be filled at short notice.

2.4 No-Show Policy

Participants who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation notice forfeit the entire booking amount with no refund or credit issued. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee refunds for late notices, we will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

3. Rescheduling

Participants may reschedule their booking to a different available session date subject to the following conditions:

• Rescheduling requests made more than forty-eight hours before the original session date incur no fee and may be processed once per booking at no charge
• Rescheduling requests made within forty-eight hours of the original session date may incur a rescheduling fee of $25 AUD to cover administrative and guide coordination costs
• Rescheduled sessions must be completed within six months of the original booking date unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for specific dates, times, or program types
• Weekend Adventure Bundle rescheduling applies to the entire bundle and individual days cannot be rescheduled separately without converting to individual session pricing

To request a reschedule, contact Purifypurificati with your booking reference, preferred alternative dates, and the program you wish to attend instead.

4. Cancellation By Purifypurificati

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to circumstances including but not limited to:

• Severe weather conditions including thunderstorms, extreme heat, high winds, or flooding that pose safety risks for outdoor activities
• Insufficient participant enrolment below the minimum required to run a session economically and safely
• Guide illness, injury, or unavailability without a suitable replacement
• Park, trail, or waterway closures by local authorities or land managers
• Public health directives or government restrictions affecting group outdoor activities
• Equipment failure or safety concerns identified during pre-session checks

When Purifypurificati cancels a program, affected participants will be notified as soon as possible via the contact details provided at booking. You will be offered the choice of a full refund to your original payment method, a transfer to an alternative session date at no additional cost, or a credit for the full booking amount valid for twelve months.

5. Weather-Related Changes

Outdoor recreation programs operate in variable weather conditions. Light rain, overcast skies, and moderate temperatures do not typically result in session cancellations. Programs proceed unless conditions are assessed as unsafe by our qualified guides.

In cases of marginal weather, sessions may be modified rather than cancelled, such as shortening a trail route, relocating a park fitness circuit to a sheltered area, or adjusting kayak routes to protected waters. Modified sessions are not eligible for refunds if the core program experience is delivered in an adjusted format.

If a session is cancelled solely due to weather after participants have arrived at the meeting point, Purifypurificati will offer a full reschedule or refund at the participant's choice.

6. Multi-Session Packages

The Urban Park Fitness Circuit includes four sessions over four weeks. Cancellation terms for multi-session packages are as follows:

• Cancellation before the first session: Standard cancellation terms in Section 2 apply to the full package price
• Cancellation after one or more sessions have been attended: Refund calculated on a pro-rata basis for remaining unattended sessions, minus a $15 AUD administrative fee per remaining session
• Missed individual sessions within a package: Individual missed sessions cannot be refunded but may be rescheduled once per package if requested at least forty-eight hours in advance and subject to availability

The Weekend Adventure Bundle is treated as a single booking unit. Partial attendance or cancellation of individual days within the bundle is not permitted unless Purifypurificati initiates the cancellation of a specific day.

7. Group and Corporate Bookings

Bookings for five or more participants, corporate team events, or private group sessions are subject to separate cancellation terms agreed at the time of booking. Standard group booking terms include:

• Full refund available for cancellations made more than twenty-one days before the event date
• Fifty percent refund for cancellations made between fourteen and twenty-one days before the event
• No refund for cancellations made less than fourteen days before the event
• A non-refundable deposit of thirty percent may be required at the time of booking for large group events

Contact Purifypurificati to discuss group booking terms and obtain a written confirmation of applicable cancellation conditions before payment.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within ten business days of cancellation approval to the original payment method used at booking. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional five to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds are issued in Australian dollars. Purifypurificati is not responsible for currency conversion differences or bank fees charged by your financial institution.

If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative refund arrangements may be made by contacting our team. Proof of original payment may be required for alternative refund processing.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Return Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy including repair, replacement, or refund. Consumer guarantee claims should be directed to Purifypurificati with a description of the issue and supporting documentation.

If you are dissatisfied with a cancellation or refund decision, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you may seek assistance from Consumer Affairs Victoria or pursue remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
